served as Chairman of the U.S. Surgeon General's Work Group and the Dental
Advisory Committees for Healthy People 2000 and Healthy People 2010, the
National Health Objectives. Past president of the American Association of
Public Health Dentistry, American Board of Dental Public Health, Harvard School
of Public Health Alumni Association, Massachusetts Health Council,

Elizabeth
Chen, M.B.A. President, New England College of Optometry. She has held
various leadership positions in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries for
the past 20 years. President Chen served as the founding CEO of Marathon
Biopharmaceuticals in Hopkinton, MA, and as the head of Circe Biomedical in
Lexington, MA. She is a graduate of both Yale University and The Wharton School
at the University of Pennsylvania. President Chen is a trustee of the Boston
Plan for Excellence and the Boston Latin School Association, a private
foundation providing support to her alma mater.

Organization in Massachusetts. Prior to coming to Network Health, Dr. Yeracaris
was the Chief Medical Officer of The Health Services Partnership of Dorchester
(HSP), a joint venture Medical Management Services Organization between two
Community Health Centers in Dorchester, MA and served as the Medical Director
for the two Health Centers. Dr. Yeracaris completed his BA at Harvard College
with honors, received his MD degree from the SUNY at Buffalo, completed a
residency in Family Medicine at the UNC at Chapel Hill, and received his MPH in
health care management from the Harvard School of Public Health. Prior
