Myron Allukian, Jr. D.D.S., M.P.H. Currently Director of Oral Health for the Boston Public Health Commission. He served as Chairman of the U.S. Surgeon General's Work Group and the Dental Advisory Committees for Healthy People 2000 and Healthy People 2010, the National Health Objectives. Past president of the American Association of Public Health Dentistry, American Board of Dental Public Health, Harvard School of Public Health Alumni Association, Massachusetts Health Council, Massachusetts Public Health Association. A trustee of the New England College of Optometry.

Barry Barresi, O.D., Ph.D. President, New England Eye Institute, VP Clinical Services and Professor of Health Policy, New England College of Optometry. Serves on various boards, Greater Boston Aid to the Blind, Better Vision Institute, AOA Federal Relations Committee, Formerly Dean of Academic Affairs, SUNY State College of Optometry.

Elizabeth Chen, M.B.A. President, New England College of Optometry.  She has held various leadership positions in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries for the past 20 years.  President Chen served as the founding CEO of Marathon Biopharmaceuticals in Hopkinton, MA, and as the head of Circe Biomedical in Lexington, MA.  She is a graduate of both Yale University and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  President Chen is a trustee of the Boston Plan for Excellence and the Boston Latin School Association, a private foundation providing support to her alma mater.

Sally Deane, Ed.M., M.P.H. Managing Partner of Strategic Healthcare Innovations, Board of Visitors BU Graduate School of Public Health, Chair, Board of Directors, Boston Women’s Health Book Collective. Prior positions include Assistant Director Mass Medicaid Program, Vice President at Chadwick Martin Bailey and CEO of Fenway Community Health Center.

Joan Exford, O.D. Owner, private optometric practice.  Past president of the American Academy of Optometry and board member with The New England College of Optometry, American Optometric Foundation, and Prevent Blindness Massachusetts.

Hubert Gleason, J.D. Lawyer, former Corporation Counsel of the City of Boston and Chair of its Board of Health and Hospitals, former director of the Neighborhood Health Plan and life member of the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers.

Caroline Marten-Ellis, M.D. private practice of Ophthalmology with staff appointments at BI Deaconess, St Elizabeth, New England Medical Center (with Tufts faculty appointment), attending at New England Eye Institute, Glaucoma Service. Graduate of The New England College of Optometry, and University of Massachusetts/Worcester Medical School.

Annie McGuire, President of Anniemac Consulting. Member of the Committee on Women's Health Initiative, Boston Medical Center.
Prior positions include Senior Vice President of Sales for National Cable Communications and Vice President of Sales, Greater Media Boston.

Jay Monahan, Executive Vice President, Fenway Sports Group, a full-service sports and entertainment marketing firm owned by New England Sports Ventures.  Spent the previous 3.5 years serving as the Executive Director of the Deutsche Bank Championship; a PGA TOUR event held annually at TPC of Boston.

Charles Mullen, O.D. Currently serving on the Board of Trustees, Pennsylvania College of Optometry.  Prior posts as President, Illinois College of Optometry, Director of Optometry Service, Department of Veterans Affairs, Executive Director, The Eye Institute, PCO, Special Assistant to the President for Clinical Development, New England College of Optometry.  Served as an Officer, Lieutenant (jg), U.S. Naval Reserve, Active Duty.

Frederica M. Williams, M.B.A. CEO Whittier Street Health center. Prior management positions at Partner’s Healthcare, Children’s Hospital, Massachusetts Osteopathic Hospital and the Dimock Community Health Center.

Jiaqi Tao, MSc. Chief Financial Officer of both Dorchester House Multi-Service Center and Codman Square Health Center. Member of Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Pano M. Yeracaris, M.D., M.P.H. Chief Medical Officer of the Network Health, a state-wide Managed Medicaid Organization in Massachusetts.  Prior to coming to Network Health, Dr. Yeracaris was the Chief Medical Officer of The Health Services Partnership of Dorchester (HSP), a joint venture Medical Management Services Organization between two Community Health Centers in Dorchester, MA and served as the Medical Director for the two Health Centers.  Dr. Yeracaris completed his BA at Harvard College with honors, received his MD degree from the SUNY at Buffalo, completed a residency in Family Medicine at the UNC at Chapel Hill, and received his MPH in health care management from the Harvard School of Public Health.   Prior positions as Medical Director and Staff Physician Buffalo Community Health and HealthCarePlan
