Dr. Frank is
an optometrist at New England Eye Commonwealth and director of
its low vision service. He is an Associate Professor of
Optometry at the New England College of Optometry.
An expert in
low vision, Dr. Frank is also the director of low vision
services at the Trygve Gundersen Eye Center in the Department of
Ophthalmology at Boston University. He serves as a consultant to
several Veteran’s Administration medical centers as well as MAB
Community Services, the oldest social service agency in the
country providing services to individuals who are blind or
visually impaired. He has held leadership positions with the
American Academy of Optometry.
Dr. Frank earned an OD from the
Massachusetts College of Optometry and also attended the
University of Maryland.
