Dr. Garston is an
optometrist at New England Eye Commonwealth and a Professor of
Optometry at the New England College of Optometry.
He is also a nationally and internationally
recognized author and lecturer on a variety of eye diseases and
problems and a senior staff optometrist in M.I.T.’s medical
department.
Dr. Garston is a
Fellow of the American Academy Optometry, an honor earned
by optometrists who have shown evidence they are distinguished
in their field, including passing an oral exam. He is also a
founding fellow and educational chairman of the Optometric
Retina Society.
